New sushi place in town Excellent sushi, on par or better compared to Mikado and Domo. Tempura is the only item that is not so great. Quite noisy unless you are in one of the private rooms. [01 Feb 2005 21:50:10]

Pretty good, inexpensive sushi Of the sushi places in town I go to, Mikado's sushi is really phenomenal and very expensive. Asuka has very good fish and I think it's the best value for the money. Sushi bar is worth going to on the inexpensive end. The fish is fine. I've been disappointed with other dishes at Domo and haven't been lately; I don't remember how the fish itself was. Gross. I have friends who don't like sushi who love Sushi Bar. Their fried junk - tempura and all that - must be awesome. I can tell you that the fish is freezerburned and TWICE I've had fish sent to my table that was still frozen in the middle. Like the chef couldn't feel that as he was cutting it? Give me a break. Disgusting. That's so sloppy that it makes you really wonder. [03 Jul 2007 21:47:23]
